Terms of service
These terms govern access to Orbinxa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Using Orbinxa
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and use Orbinxa only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed by users you authorize.
AI-assisted work
Orbinxa helps prepare analysis, content, recommendations, and workflow actions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for review, approvals, and decisions, especially for financial, legal, employment, safety, or customer commitments.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant Orbinxa the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and included capabilities are shown before checkout. Subscription changes, cancellation timing, invoices, and payment methods are managed through the secure billing experience. Enterprise service is quoted separately.
Acceptable use
You may not use Orbinxa to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, access another organization, send abusive communications, or make automated high-impact decisions without appropriate human oversight.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Orbinxa reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the platform improves. Material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated when reasonably possible.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, the platform, or third parties, or for material breach or nonpayment. You may cancel through billing. Provisions that logically survive termination remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
Orbinxa is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is prohibited.
