Information we process
We process account details, organization settings, customer and operational records you add, files you upload, billing status, product usage, and security logs needed to provide Orbinxa.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, authenticate users, run the workflows you request, provide AI-assisted outputs, support billing, secure the platform, and improve reliability.
AI and business data
AI features use the organization context and approved knowledge available to the requesting user. Access is scoped by organization and permission. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in material business decisions.
Service providers
Orbinxa uses carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, AI, email, storage, and payment providers. They process data only as needed to deliver their contracted services.
Data security and retention
We use organization isolation, role-based access, private storage, signed access links, encryption in transit, and audit controls. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations.
Your choices
You can update account and organization information inside Orbinxa. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the contact form. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, billing, or law.
